01
Official sources
Kadaster (Land Registry), CBS, RVO, RIVM, RCE, BRO and the official government notices; sales data and listings under a licence from Altum AI. No scraping of property listing sites or the WOZ value portal.
02
No residents' names
The report is about the building, not the people who live in it. We never show names of owners, residents, buyers or sellers, or mortgages. Purchase prices only as they are public at the Land Registry.
03
A source for every fact
Each section lists its source, licence and retrieval time. If something is missing, we say so — we never fill in the gaps.
